Terms and Conditions

1.1 1.1 Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by QIMA Limited (hereinafter called "QIMA"), all services provided by QIMA Limited are governed by QIMA general terms & conditions.

1.2 The present Terms & Conditions of the QIMA & Global Sources Supplier Partnership apply only and specifically to the scope of said partnership as defined below. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Services at any time, such changes shall be binding once posted on the website www.qima.com in this section. We therefore recommend you access this section regularly in order to check the most recent and updated version of the Terms of Services.

2.1 QIMA and Global Sources have agreed to form a partnership (hereinafter called “the Partnership”) under which QIMA shall provide specific resources and conditions of services to Global Sources Supplier Members (hereinafter called “the Users”). 2.2 The QIMA conditions of services offered under the Partnership are reserved to registered Global Sources Supplier Members only, to the exclusion of any other users (eg. Global Sources Buyer Members, users not registered on the Global Sources website). QIMA reserves the right to ask the users for proof of Global Sources Supplier Membership.

2.3 The Partnership only applies to new QIMA contacts. A Global Sources Supplier Member who is already an QIMA customer shall not be eligible for the Partnership’s terms and conditions.

2.4 The Users shall access to the QIMA dedicated resources and conditions of service by clicking a link from the Global Sources website.

3.1 The Users will be offered preferred conditions of services, as agreed between QIMA and Global Sources and advertised on the Global Sources website: 10% discount from QIMA public prices on Inspection & Audit services and 25% discount on Lab Testing services pricing list.

3.2 These preferred conditions of services are valid for one (1) year following the User’s first order with AI. After which, standard public pricing may be applied.

4.1 Unless otherwise provided, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong Law.

4.2 All disputes or differences of any kind whatsoever between the parties in connection with or arising out of the services shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

5.1 These terms and conditions have been drafted in English. In case of discrepancy, the English version shall be controlling for all purposes.
